The HZS90 is a stationary concrete batching plant with a theoretical output of 90 cubic meters per hour. It uses a JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer together with a larger PLD3200 four-bin aggregate batching machine, upgraded from the PLD2400 commonly used in HZS75 configurations. This combination allows faster aggregate batching cycles and about 20% higher output while keeping the same proven mixer platform. With a footprint of about 41 × 18 m, the HZS90 is designed for large water conservancy works, multi-story buildings, regional commercial concrete supply, and infrastructure projects that require sustained high-volume production.
